Chief Bawa Muhammed Qaleeph joined regional leaders today at the Uyi Grand Event Center to celebrate the installation of Rtn. Yayah Dirisu as the 2nd President of the Rotary Club of Auchi Hilltop. A proud Rotarian, Chief Bawa attended alongside key dignitaries, including Edo State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Yekini Idiaye; Etsako West Vice Chairman, Hon. Tijani Isah; and the Chief Imam of Auchi, Prof. Z.I. Oseni. The event centered on recognizing citizens driving real progress in the region. To back these grassroots efforts, Chief Bawa donated ₦1,500,000 directly to the Rotary Club to fund two major community/humanitarian awards (₦1,000,000 and ₦500,000). This financial backing ensures the club has the resources to continue rewarding local leadership and driving humanitarian services. Rtn. Yayah Dirisu closed the ceremony by thanking guests and calling for continued collaboration. For Chief Bawa and his team, the event was more than a social outing; it was a perfect reflection of his core political philosophy: service to the people.
